Planning may only be carried out by DIALOCK specialists.
Only locks and door handles with appropriate approval must be used for panic exit
devices for doors on escape routes in accordance with DIN EN 179.
DT 700c / DT 710c, the following versions are tested in accordance with
Fittings:

14.3 Important information about DIN EN 179

The DT 700c / DT 710c is intended for installation on wooden doors.
Prior to installing a DT 700c / DT 710con a door, check the door to make sure it is mounted
correctly. We recommend checking if the door design is suitable for use with a DT 700c / DT
710c.
Before a DT 700c / DT 710c is installed on a fire protection / smoke control door, check the
certification of the fire protection door on which the DT 700c / DT 710c has been tested, to
make sure the DT 700c / DT 710c is suitable for that particular door.
If door seals (e.g. sealing profile, floor seals) are used, make sure that these do not impede
the correct function of the DT 700c / DT 710c.
The DT 700c / DT 710c must be selected in the appropriate size (backset, forend width) for the
door leaf.
As a class 2 panic exit device (standard projection), the DT 700c / DT 710c should be used in
places where the width of the escape route is limited, or where the doors on which the DT 700c
/ DT 710c is to be installed cannot be opened by more than 90°.
If the DT 700c / DT 710c is installed on glazed doors, the glass parts have to be made of safety
glass or laminated glass.
The DT 700c / DT 710c is not suitable for use on double action doors.
