8. Operation in
The lubricator can only be operated in potentially explosive areas if
- it is fl ush mounted (1) at its upper part to a mounting clamp (refer to chapt. 7) and
grounded to an earth contact (3) with a cable (2) (picture 6).
The marking
on the label certifi es the EX-capability. The lubricator conforms to regulation ATEX
94/9 and to harmonised standards EN 13463-1 and EN 13463-5. It was developed,
manufactured and tested according to EN ISO 9001. Therefore it can be operated in
potentially explosive areas of zone 1, 2, 21 and 22 according to certifi ed explosion
groups IIA, IIB, IIC and temperature class T6.
