Removing the turbulators
• Access the fume coil inspection compartment
by removing the screws from the fume inspec-

(Fig. 5.4e);
• Pull out the four magnofix fume deflectors and
eliminate any soot residues (Fig. 5.4f);
• Vacuum and clean the entire compartment
inside the fume hood;
• Vacuum and clean the bypass valve and make
sure it rotates correctly;
• Slide out all the turbulators from the top (A
- Fig. 5.4g), except for the four rear ones and
the three on the side opposite the hydraulic
system, which must be removed from below (B
- Fig. 5.4g);
• To slide out the turbulators from above, lift the tur-
bulators inserted in the heat exchange coil just a
little and extract the metal retainer pin (Fig. 5.4h);
• Clean the heat exchange coil with the brush
(provided) (Fig. 5.4i);
• To slide out the turbulators from below, insert
the brush (provided) from the combustion
chamber into the heat exchange coil (Fig. 5.4j);
slightly lift the turbulator and extract the pin
(Fig. 5.4h);
• Accompany the turbulator as it descends using
the brush (provided) (Fig. 5.4k), taking care not
to drop it into the combustion chamber;
• Handle the turbulator with care while remov-
ing it (Fig. 5.4l);
• Clean the heat exchange coil with the brush
(provided) (Fig. 5.4j);
