Grease Separator
Installation
Install a gradually rising disposal pipe from the grease separator to the discharge point
■
(waste disposal vehicle), make changes in the pipe direction with 90° elbow joints with
the greatest possible ratio.
Lay the disposal pipe with as consistent a diameter as possible up to the discharge point
■
(waste disposal vehicle). Suction pipes of at least DN 65.
Drinking water connection pipe requirements:
NOTICE Observe regional regulations for connecting the filling unit to the drinking water
network.
A permanent water connection pipe for filling the grease separator must have a free
■
drain in compliance with legal requirements. ACO grease separators with a filling unit
meet these requirements. An R 3/4 drinking water connection is required for the filling
unit. The built-in pressure reducer is set at 4 bar.
Install a stop valve in the water connection pipe if possible.

3.1.3 Connecting a Pendulum Gas Line
In order to avoid unpleasant smells during disposal, the outgoing air from the waste disposal
vehicle should be led out through the roof with a pendulum gas line.
If it is not possible to connect a pendulum gas line to the ventilation pipe (7), a connection
may be installed direct on the grease separator.
