Mounting the carburettor control
• A visual check of the carburettor passage is possible after removing or
before attaching the air filter.
• If necessary, correct the idle position (maximum 1 mm open carburettor
passage) on the idle adjust screw (throttle stop screw). The idle speed
adjusting screw is the little screw below the air intake.
• Mount the throttle control linkage by screwing a ball socket onto the
short thread rod.
• Attach the ball socket to the carburettor slider and slide a spring onto
the linkage.
• Screw an adjuster ring onto an arm of the four-armed servo control
lever.
• Guide the linkage through the adjuster ring on the servo control lever.
• Loosely slide an adjuster ring onto the steering linkage and secure it.
Assembly of the brake control
• Insert the brake control linkage from below into the servo arm left of
the carburettor control and slide on an adjuster ring.
• Guide the brake steering linkage through the brake lever.
• If necessary, shorten the linkage.
• Position the servo control lever onto the servo shaft in such a way that
the throttle and brake levers are in neutral position.
Cut off the front servo control lever; otherwise it would come
into contact with the brake linkage in case of full throttle.
Now the servos have to be checked via the function control
and possibly adjusted.
