Cleaning the Motor Filters
The motor fi lters are situated in the vacuum cleaner unit, under the dust container.
The motor fi lters should be cleaned regularly to ensure that the suction power of your
vacuum cleaner does not diminish and the motor is not overloaded.
8. Then allow the fi lter to dry completely before you insert it again.
9. Close the fi lter fl ap.

1. Hold down the release button on the handle of the dust
container and detach the dust container from the vacuum
cleaner.
2. Remove the small motor fi lter (C).

3. Tap the small motor fi lter out over an open dustbin. If nec-
essary, you can rinse the fi lter with clear, cold water.
4. Then allow the fi lter to dry completely before you insert
it again.

5. To remove the large motor fi lter, you must fi rst open the
fi lter fl ap (D).
6. The large motor fi lter is situated directly beneath the fi lter
fl ap. Remove the large motor fi lter.
7. Tap the large motor fi lter out over an open dustbin. If nec-
essary, you can rinse the fi lter with clear, cold water.
10. Insert the dust container back into the vacuum cleaner.
The dust container must be heard to engage in place.
