Installation of Adjustable Tilt Mounting Bracket

The mixer motor has an adjustable tilt mounting bracket included. The mounting bracket is designed
to attach to a mixer stand or tank clamp.
Perform the following steps:
1. The motor comes with two black Phillips screws installed in the housing. Loosen the screws
without removing in preparation for installing the mounting bracket.
2. Align the holes on the mounting assembly with the loosened screws. Place openings over the
screws and slide the mounting assembly into the installed position.
3. Tighten the screws to secure the mounting assembly in the installed position, as shown in
Figure 6.
The mixer is now ready to be attached to a mixer stand (supplied with system) or to a tank clamp.
Recommended stands, tank clamps, and a double (rod) clamp are available through your dealer.

Installation Using a Mixer Stand

Set up mixer stand in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
1.
Attach a double (rod) clamp to the vertical rod on the mixer stand and tighten clamp screw.
2.
Slide rod of adjustable tilt mounting bracket into clamp and secure with clamp screw.
3.
Place mixer stand legs around vessel. Tilt angle is adjustable from 0 to 30 degrees.
4.
Position the height of the mixer motor by moving the clamp up or down on the mixer stand.
5.
Once installed, the impeller can also be adjusted to the desired height.
