Appliances with towel rails

This appliance must only be used
for drying textiles that have been
washed in water.
The appliance should only be
opened when disconnected from
the mains supply and only by a service
technician!
Cleaning
The heater can be cleaned, when switched
off, by using a damp cloth and a mild
detergent then dried and polished.

Switching the heater on
By turning the temperature control knob
(N1) in a clockwise direction, the heater is
switched on and the temperature selected.
After switching on, the appliance quickly
and evenly heats the room. The air
streams through the openings in the
underside of the front and rear of the
heater where it is heated and with the help
of convection, exits at the top grill. The
temperature is continuously variable
between 5 ºC and 30 ºC. The thermostat
switches the heater off as soon as the
preset room temperature has been
reached and then by intermittent heating,
maintains a constant room temperature.
Switching the heater off
To switch the heater off, turn the
temperature control knob (N1) in an
anticlockwise direction to the end-stop.
When not in use, remove the plug
from the power supply.
Frost protection
The temperature Control knob (N1)
should be turned to the ✺ position.
The thermostat automatically switches the
heater on when the room temperature
falls below +7 ºC. Observe the correct
rating of the appliance for the heating
requirements!

Entretien
Essuyer à l'aide d'un linge humide le
chauffage éteint – le cas échéant en
recourant à un produit de nettoyage non
agressif – et polir à sec. Les produits de
nettoyage abrasifs ou agressifs sont à
éviter.

Mise en service
Pour régler la température, tourner le
sélecteur N1. Le convecteur chauffe la
pièce rapidement et uniformément. La
température est réglable en continu entre
5 ºC et 30 ºC. Le régulateur arrête le
chauffage dès que la température ambiante
a atteint la valeur programmée.
Arrêt, position hors-gel
Poru arrêter le chauffage, tourner le sélec-
teur N1 vers la gauche jusuqu'à la butée,
c'est-à-dire jusqu'à la position hors-gel. Le
régulateur rallume automatiquement le
chauffage lorsque la température ambiante
descend sous les 7 ºC. Mise hors service:
débrancher la fiche d'alimentation secteur.
Verifier que le besoin de chaleur
correspond bien à la puissance de chauffe
de l'appareil!
Anti-gel
Le sélecteur de température (N1) est
réglé à ✺.
Le thermostat remet en marche le
chauffage lorsque la température des-cend
en dessous d'env. +7 ºC. Tenir com-pte
de la mise au point correcte de la relation
entre la consommation de chaleur et la
puissance de chauffage du convecteur
soufflant.

Dit apparaat mag alleen voor het
drogen van textiel (gewassen met
water) gebruikt worden.
Het apparaat mag slechts in
spanningsvrije toestand worden

Onderhoud
Voor het reinigen het uitgeschakeld
verwarmingsapparaat met een vochtige
doek – eventueel met een zacht reinig-
ingsmiddel – afwrijven en droogwrijven.

Verwarming inschakelen
Door het draaien van de temperatuur-
kiezer (N1) naar rechts wordt de verwar-
ming ingeschakeld en de temperatuur
gekozen. Na het inschakelen verwarmt het
apparaat de kamer vlug en gelijkmatig. De
lucht stroomt door de openingen van de
voor- en achterkant beneden in het
apparaat, hier wordt de lucht verwarmd en
stroomt met behulp van de convectie
boven uit het rooster. De gewenste
kamertemperatuur kan tussen 5 ºC en ca.
30 ºC traploos worden ingesteld. De
temperatuurregelaar schakelt de verwar-
ming uit wanneer de ingestelde kamer-
temperatuur wordt bereikt, die dan door
het intermitterend verwarmen constant
wordt gehouden.
Verwarming uitschakelen
Indien u de verwarming wenst uit te
schakelen draait u de temperatuurkiezer
(N1) tot aan de aanslag naar links.
Voor een definitief uitschakelen:
Netsteker uittrekken!
Vorstbeveiliging
De temperatuurkiezer (N1) wordt op ✺
geplaatst.
De temperatuurregelaar schakelt de
verwarming auto-matisch in, wanneer de
kamertemperatuur onder ca. +7 ºC
daalt. Let op de juiste afstemming van de
hoeveelheid warmte ten opzichte van het
verwarmingsvermogen van het apparaat!
