1. Check all potential error and their causes before disassembling the
device.

Action
Check socket outlet. Press ON/OFF switch.
Check whether the correct power cord is being
used and is inserted.
Reset circuit breaker. Reset by pressing.
Check the air valve before opening the gun. Press
the gun.
Check whether cup contains material. See filling
of the cup system,
Check cup system for leaks. See cup system sec-
tion
Check gun hose for blockages. Clean or replace
the gun hose, as required.
Cup system: Check filter screen and inlet tip for
blockages.
Check position of needle safeguard. Trigger pin
must be in SPRAY position.
Clean gun. See cleaning the gun.
Clean turbine and motor air filter. Replace as re-
quired. See clean filter.
Extension cable must have triple core, at least 2.5
mm , max. 15 m long.

Replace with shorter hose, no shorter than 6.1 m.
Disconnect all hose connections and securely
connect again.
Clean turbine and motor air filter. Replace as re-
quired. See clean filter.
Ensure correct mains voltage for sprayer model.
Move sprayers to a cooler area.

Release gun trigger and operate gun again. Set
