Danger of burns caused by hot surfaces!
The valve, cylinder and adjacent system parts are heated during continuous operation.
Contact with these surfaces can result in burns.
Do not touch the cylinder or adjacent system parts while the system is in operation.
After switching off the system, first allow the heated components to cool before touching
the surfaces.

CAUTION
Proceed as follows:
1. Remove the electrical and pneumatic connections.
2. Use blanking plugs to close the pneumatic connections on the
cylinder and the valve if necessary.
3. You may need to shut down part of the system if the defective
cylinder cannot be immediately replaced.
4. Before re-commissioning the system, return all barriers and
signs removed for the disassembly or exchange to their
original position.
A new part number is assigned to each new combination of
cylinder and available individual devices. You can use this part
number to re-order a previously configured cylinder.
