4.3 Mounting the device on the wall
Choose an adequately strong, load-bearing wall to
mount the device. Standard rawl plugs are supplied for
installation on solid brick walls. We recommend use of
appropriate special rawl plugs for other types of walls.
Due to the special design, the installation height of the
wall brackets can be freely selected. For optimum
device stability, we recommended choosing the
spacing between the drillholes roughly as shown in the
drawing on the left.
To achieve exact measurement results, the floor where
the device is installed must be flat and stable. Soft
floorings, e. g. wooden planks, give under the weight of
the patient and distort the measured result.
Installing the wall
To install the wall brackets, proceed as follows:
brackets
1. Mark the drillholes for the wall brackets
perpendicular to each other.
ø 10mm
2. Drill the holes using a drill bit ∅ 10 mm.
3. Insert the rawl plugs in the drill holes.
