Sanding plate
1. Open the clamping lever
completely.
2. Place the sanding plate (13) in
the tool holder.
3. Fold the clamping lever back
until the spring is relaxed. The
tool is now locked.
4. Apply the anti-finger trap
protection.
5. Snap the clamping lever
completely shut, so that it
engages.
6. Make sure that the sanding plate
is attached firmly.
7. Attach the desired sanding
sheet (16) to the sanding plate
with the Velcro fastener. Make
sure that the sanding sheet does
not protrude. The sanding sheet
must be completely fastened to
the sanding plate with the Velcro
fastener, and must not curl.

Choosing the speed
You can set the speed within the
range between 5000 and 19,000
rpm with the speed regulator (6).
Level 1 is the lowest speed, Level 6
the highest. You can change the
speed while the multi-function tool
is switched on.
– To set the speed, turn the speed
regulator to the desired level.
Switching the multi-function tool
on and off
– To switch the tool on, slide the
on/off switch (3) into position 1.
The work light (8) will light up.
– To switch the tool off, slide the
on/off switch into position 0.

Sawing
The segment saw blades (12/14)
can be mounted in various positions
to prevent one-sided wear and tear.
Choose a high speed for sawing.
