Batteries should also
not be put in the
household waste
bin! As the consumer,
you are legally obliged
to return all batteries and
rechargeable batteries whether
they contain hazardous materials*
or not, to a collection point in
your community/town/ store so
that they can be disposed of in an
environmentally friendly way.

Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead
14 – Service instructions
• Store the multi-function tool,
operating manual and
accessories, if applicable, in
the storage bag.
• Meister devices are largely
maintenance-free. You can find
notes on cleaning and
maintenance in the chapter
'Cleaning and maintenance'.
• Meister devices are subject to
strict quality controls. However,
should any malfunctions occur,
send the multi-function tool to
the manufacturer, as set out in
the chapter 'Checking the multi-
function tool and delivery
contents'.
• Write a short description of the
problem to make the search for
errors and repair time shorter.

Enclose the warranty card and
the sales receipt with the multi-
function tool during the warranty
period.
• If this does not involve warranty-
covered repairs, you will be billed
for the repair costs.
IMPORTANT! Opening the
multi-function tool will cause
the warranty claim to expire.
IMPORTANT! It should be
noted that the manufacturer,
in accordance with the Product
Liability Act, bears no
responsibility for damages
incurred to the multi-function tool
by the manufacturer, should these
be caused by improper repair or
an exchange of parts in which the
original parts from the
manufacturer, or parts distributed
by the same, have not been used,
and repairs have not been
performed by the Conmetall
Meister GmbH customer service,
or an authorised specialist. The
same shall apply for accessories.
• Pack the multi-function tool
securely, or use a storage chest,
to avoid damage during
transportation.
• The manufacturer guarantees
that any necessary repairs to
Meister devices will be
performed at a reasonable cost,
even after the warranty period
has expired.
