- Never leave any nuts, bolts, tools or other
items on the machine, as they could end up
inside the moving parts during the machining
operations.
- Don't touch lines, the insides of the motors or
electrical equipment without first ensuring the
current has been switched off.
- Read this manual carefully and learn how to
use the machine correctly and safely.
- Always keep this user and maintenance manual
in a place where it can be readily consulted
and consult it whenever you are in need of
confirmation or explanations.
WARNING
Do not remove or deface the safety Danger,
Warning or Instruction decals. Replace any
missing or illegible decals. If one or more decals
have been detached or damaged, replacements
can be obtained from your nearest dealer.
- During the use and maintenance operations on
the machine, observe the unified regulations
for industrial safety regarding high voltage
equipment.
- Any unauthorised changes or modifications
made to the machine automatically release the
manufacturer from any liability in the case of
damage or accidents resulting from such altera-
tions. Specifically, tampering with or removal of
the machine safety devices is a breach of the
regulations relating to Safety at Work.
- Users must wear personal protective equipment
like gloves, accident-prevention footwear and
safety goggles.
WARNING
During the work and maintenance operations,
tie up long hair and do not wear wide or flowing
clothes, loose ties, necklaces, rings, watches
that could be caught up in the moving parts.
Precautions to be adopted during
installation and use
DANGER
• Anomalous conditions: The prolonged use of
the device when it is producing smoke or strange
smells causes a risk of fire and electrical shock.
Deactivate the power supply immediately and
contact the assistance service centre.

• Water and foreign bodies: Should foreign bod-
ies (metals, water and other liquids) enter the
device, deactivate the power supply immediately
and contact the assistance service centre.
• Falls and damage: if the device is damaged,
disconnect it and contact the assistance service
centre.
• Disassembly: never attempt to disassemble
or modify the device in any way, as this could
cause a risk of fire and electrical shock.
• Positioning: keep the device away from par-
ticularly hot areas, or from other points where it
would be exposed to oil fumes or vapours. These
conditions could cause a risk of fire and electrical
shock. Keep the device away from inflammable
liquid and volatile materials. These conditions

WARNING
• Positioning: do not position the device on
unstable surfaces as this could cause the unit to
fall, provoking damage to the unit and/or harm
to people.

other volatile agents to clean the outside of the
device. Use only a cloth dampened with a diluted
solution of water and a delicate detergent.

absolute safety. This Manual contains informa-
tion and warnings that must be observed by the
user to ensure safe operation and to keep the
equipment in this condition.
Receiving the product
When you receive the product, check (in the pres-
ence of the courier) that the packaging used for
transportation, as well as the components, are in
perfect condition. Any damage which the product
may have suffered during transportation are the
responsibility of the forwarding agent or courier.
If you discover any damage, note the type and
seriousness, and make a claim to these latters
by means of the dispatch note.
