supply.
2. The LCD display turns off indicating that the system is no
longer powered.
3. Lift the battery until it is completely detached (Fig.4).

Note:
Position 4 (lever completely down) is NOT to be
used for mowing, only for storing the machine as it allows
the handlebar to fold down completely.
4.3 Switch on
Caution!
ALWAYS and ONLY switch the lawn mower on when you
are behind the handlebar. The starter controls are easily
reached from this position. If the user stands next to the
lawn mower when it is switched on, there is a high risk of
injury to the feet given the proximity to the blade.
HM/PM/SPM models with starter cord:
1. Attach the starter cord (Fig.1_J) to the strain relief
provision on the handlebar (Fig.1_P).
2. Stand behind the lawn mower and with one hand pull
the engine brake lever towards you and hold (Fig.6.1
HM models; Fig.6.2 PM/SPM models); with the other
hand, pull the starter cord (Fig.1_J) with a quick and
powerful jerk. Hold the cord for a few seconds, even
after the engine has started.
3. When the engine is running, slowly release the starter
cord to rewind.
Note:
Too many start attempts can flood the engine.
Too much petrol is pumped into the engine and the spark
plug can no longer ignite. If, after several attempts, the
engine does not switch on, it is necessary to find the
cause, using the engine's user manual if need be .
If after numerous attempts the engine floods, follow these
operations:
I.
Remove the spark plug cap.
II.
Unscrew the spark plug.
III.
Repeatedly pull the cord to dry the cylinder.
IV.
Dry the spark plug and firmly screw it back in.
V.
Put the spark plug cap back on.
VI.
Start the engine.
