2 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Under current legislation, the manufacturer is responsible for
the technical and safety features of this equipment only if the
user has strictly followed the instructions in this user manual
and any repairs have been carried out by Grin s.r.l. or by an
authorised entity under its supervision.
This product is manufactured in compliance with the
requirements set forth in Directive 2006/42/EC.
It is mandatory to carefully read this user manual to learn more
about Grin and to avoid incorrect or dangerous use and
possible malfunctioning.
The risks or hazards are specified in the related sections in this
user manual. Pay particular attention to the hazard labels
affixed to the equipment.

2.1 Permitted use

The Grin lawn mower is designed to be used by a single
operator who is responsible for keeping people or animals
outside of the danger zone during use. This zone extends for a
radius of five metres around the lawn mower.
The Grin product range is intended for use by individuals and
professionals and regular lawn mowing.
Any other use is not compliant with the provisions and is
therefore forbidden.
Grin s.r.l. shall not be held liable for any harm to persons,
animals and/or damage to property caused by negligence
and/or incorrect use of the lawn mower.

2.2 Not permitted use

It is forbidden to use your Grin:
- If the safety devices are defective or have been tampered
with.
- If the engine shows any irregularities during operation or if
there is any doubt that safety has been compromised in any
way.
- By anyone who has not read nor understood this user manual
altogether.
- By minors under 16 years of age.
- By persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Translation
- By persons with a reduced concentration level (e.g. after
taking medicines, etc.).

The CE marking label is on the back of the machine and gives

We recommend that you pay special attention to the hazard
symbols in this manual and strictly follow what to do and what
not to do accordingly.
These indications prompt the user of a dangerous situation and
