Programming the current time
1. Press the programming key „SET" (31) for 5 seconds.
The digital clock on the display flashes.
2. Press the „+" and „-„ keys „HOUR" (30) until the current time is
selected.
3. Press the programming key „SET" (31) again. The digital clock is
set.
Operating mode COOL
1. Plug the air conditioner into a power socket. The Standby control
lamp (17) lights up.
2. Press the operating mode key (22) to COOL.

4. Press the temperature keys „TEMP" (35), to select the desired
temperature between 16 °C and 30 °C. The selected temperature
is shown on the display (21).
5. Press the fan speed key (23), to select the desired speed.
6. The air conditioner maintains the selected temperature by
automatically switching itself on as soon as the temperature
changes, and switches itself off again as soon as the selected
temperature is reached.

Operating mode DRY
1. Plug the air-conditioner into a power source. The Standby control
lamp (17) lights up.
2. Press the operating mode key (22) to DRY. The corresponding
symbol appears on the display.
3. Press the power key (26) to switch the air-conditioner on.
4. Press the temperature keys „TEMP" (35) to select the room
temperature to between 16 °C and 30 °C. As soon as the
selected room temperature is reached, the air-conditioner switches
itself on and off automatically.
5. The fan-speed is adjusted automatically. The speed is
automatically set to LOW to avoid the air-conditioner getting
too cold, or the fan is switched off to avoid too low a temperature.
Operating mode FAN
1. Plug the air conditioner into a power socket. The Standby control
lamp ( 17) lights up.
2. Press the operating mode key (22) to FAN. The appropriate
symbol appears on the display.
3. Press the power key (26) to switch the air conditioner on.
4. Press the fan speed key (23) to select the fan speed.
Fan speed „AUTO"
If you set the fan speed key (23) to „AUTO", the air conditioner
automatically selects the best speed for achieving or maintaining the
desired room temperature.
The following guidelines apply for the equalization between the current
and the desired room temperature in the operating modes COOL and
DRY:
Difference in temperature
2 °C and more
Between 2 °C and 1 °C
Less than 1 °C
These guidelines apply when the „I FEEL"-mode on the remote control
is activated. Viz temperature sensor „I FEEL". When the sensor on the
air conditioner is activated, these values can be slightly different.
Maintaining the room temperature with the temperature sensor
„I FEEL"
1. Press the key „I FEEL" (25) on the remote control. This activates
the temperature sensor in the remote control and controls the
room temperature The remote control transmits the temperature
information to the temperature sensor in the air conditioner at
2 minute intervals. Make sure that the signal transmission is not
interrupted, e.g. by obstacles etc.
2. When the air conditioner receives no signals from the remote
control for 5 minutes in this operating mode, the air conditioner
suspends contact to the remote control, switches automatically to
the temperature sensor in the air conditioner and receives its
signals from there. In this case there is a difference in the
measured room temperature near the remote control and the
temperature close to the air conditioner.
Sleep mode
In the sleep mode, the air conditioner cools or dehumidifies the room
to the desired temperature. When the desired temperature is reached,
the thermostat switches the air conditioner off. After about 1 hour the
air conditioner automatically raises the selected temperature by1 °C.
This saves energy costs without sacrificing comfort.
1. Plug the air conditioner into a power socket. The Standby control
lamp ( 17) lights up. Put the waste air tube to outdoors. For the
DRY operating mode, remove the waste air tube from the air
conditioner.
2. Press the operating mode key (22) to COOL or DRY. The
appropriate symbol appears on the display.
3. Press the power key (26) to switch the air conditioner on.
