CHANGE OF LOCATION / EMPTYING THE WATER
1.
If you wish to change the location of the air-conditioner, switch
the air-conditioner off and unplug it from the power source. Lift
the outdoor unit back into the room. Always hold the outdoor unit
by its transport grip (7) (Fig. 5), never by the connecting tube (6).
Never leave the outdoor unit hanging by the connecting tube (6)
(Fig. 4).
2.
Allow all the condensation water out to run out of the outdoor unit
into a container (e.g. a bucket) by tipping the outdoor unit slightly
forwards (Fig. 5). Warning: Water can damage furniture and
floor coverings or cause an electric shock.
3.
Attach the outdoor unit to the hanging device (12) at the back of
the indoor unit (Fig. 3). Make sure that the outdoor unit is
attached securely and that the connecting tube (6) is not buckled
or twisted.
4.
Take hold of the grip hollows (11) at the sides and transport the
air-conditioner to its new location.
5.
When you next wish to use the air-conditioner, follow the
instructions in the separate Installation Manual and as described
in the „Instructions for use".
Water-tank control lamp
1.
When the compressor stops and the water-tank control lamp
„ALM" (20) lights up on the display panel (2) of the
air-conditioner, either the water pump is not working or the water
discharge tube is blocked. The internal water-tank is full. In this
case, follow the instructions in the guarantee conditions.
2.
The air-conditioner can be used only in cases of extreme
emergency or temporarily while you empty the water-tank.
Switch off the air-conditioner and unplug it.
3.
Pull the water tube (13) out and put it into a shallow external
container (Fig. 7). Take the cap off the water tube (13). Allow
the water to run into the external container. Make sure that the
tube is securely in the external container and that no water can
spill. Water can damage furniture and floor coverings or cause
an electric shock.
4.
As soon as all the water has drained out of the water-tank, put
the cap back on the water tube (13) and fix it back in its original
position.
5.
Start using the air-conditioner again as described in the
"Instructions for use".
