Installing the Actuator

1. Rotate the axle on the mixing valve A counterclockwise and
remove the knob without changing the position of the axle.
2. Screw the fixation bolt B in a suitable hole on the mixing valve
A. Remove any existing bolt. Push the adapter C on the mixing
valve axle so that the axle bottoms in the hole. The supplied
adapter C suits most valve axles.
Other versions of this adapter are available as accessories.

3. Fit the actuator D to the adapter C. The bolt B should fit in
the intended hole on the actuator.
4. Fit the knob E so that the indicator points to the counter-
clockwise end position. Tighten the knob with the washer and
the bolt F.
5. Use a screwdriver to turn the decoupling screw G to the
position with hand symbol
E from one end position to the other. It is important that the
motor can be turned the whole turning angle (90°).
6. Connect the AC adapter to the connector marked
on the actuator. Important! The AC adapter must never be
exposed to water.
7. Connect the cable from the water supply sensor to the
connector marked on the actuator. Also see the system
schedule on page 13.
8. Use a screwdriver to turn the decoupling screw G back to the
Automatic position .

Montage du contrôleur
ournez l'axe de la vanne mélangeuse A dans le sens antihoraire
1. T
jusqu'à la butée et enlevez le bouton rotatif sans modifier la
position de l'axe.
2. Vissez le boulon de fixation B dans un trou approprié sur la
vanne mélangeuse A. Retirez d'abord le boulon existant, le cas
échéant. Enfoncez l'adaptateur C sur l'axe de la vanne, de façon
à ce que l'axe arrive au fond dans le trou. L'adaptateur fourni C
s'adapte à la plupart des axes de vanne. D'autres versions de
cet adaptateur sont disponibles en tant qu'accessoires, veuillez
contacter LK Armatur AB pour plus d'informations.
3. Montez le contrôleur D sur l'adaptateur C. Le boulon B doit
arriver dans le trou prévu sur le contrôleur.
4. Montez le bouton rotatif E de façon à ce que l'indicateur soit
à la position limite, dans le sens antihoraire. Serrez le bouton
avec la rondelle et la vis F.
5. Utilisez un tournevis pour tourner la vis de découplage G à la
position comportant le symbole d'une main
vanne avec le bouton rotatif E d'une position limite à l'autre. Il
est important que le moteur puisse être tourné sur l'ensemble
de l'angle d'ouverture (90°).
6. Branchez l'adaptateur secteur à la prise portant le symbole
sur le contrôleur. Important ! L'adaptateur secteur
ne doit jamais être exposé à l'eau.
7. Branchez le câble du sonde de départ à la prise portant le
symbole sur le moteur. Voir également le schéma des
circuits à la page 13.
8. Utilisez un tournevis pour ramener la vis de découplage G en
position automatique .

Montage der Mischerautomatik

1. Drehen Sie die Achse des Mischers A entgegen dem Uhrzei-
gersinn bis zum Anschlag, und nehmen Sie den Drehsteller ab,
ohne die Achsstellung zu ändern.
2. Schrauben Sie die Befestigungsschraube B in eine geeignete
Bohrung am Mischer A. Entfernen Sie zuvor eine eventuell
vorhandene Schraube. Drücken Sie den Adapter C vollständig
auf die Ventilachse. Der mitgelieferte Adapter C passt auf die
meisten Ventilachsen. Weitere Varianten dieses Adapters sind
als Zubehör erhältlich. Wenden Sie sich diesbezüglich an LK
Armatur AB.
3. Bringen Sie die Mischerautomatik D am Adapter C an. Die
Schraube B sollte in die vorgesehene Bohrung an der Mischer-
automatik passen.
4. Bringen Sie den Drehsteller E so an, dass der Zeiger am
linken Anschlag steht. Ziehen Sie den Drehsteller mit Unterleg-
scheibe und Schraube F fest.
5. Drehen Sie die Entkoppelschraube G in die Position mit dem
Handsymbol . Drehen Sie das Ventil mit dem Drehsteller
E von einem Endanschlag zum anderen. Der Stellmotor muss
über den gesamten Drehwinkel (90°) drehen lassen.
6. Schließen Sie das Netzteil an die mit
Buchse an der Mischerautomatik an. Wichtig! Das Netzteil
darf niemals nass werden.
7. Schließen Sie das Kabeln des Vorlauftemperaturfühlers an
die mit gekennzeichnete Buchse am Stellmotor an. Sehen
Sie bitte auch den Schaltplan S. 13.
8. Drehen Sie die Entkoppelschraube G zurück in die Automa-
tikposition .

Montaggio dell'attuatore

1. Ruotare l'asta della valvola miscelatrice A in senso antiorario
fino al finecorsa e rimuovere la manopola senza modificare la
posizione dell'asta.
2. Avvitare il bullone di fissaggio B in un foro idoneo della valvola
miscelatrice A. Rimuovere prima il bullone eventualmente
presente. Premere sull'adattatore C in modo che l'asta tocchi
il fondo del foro. L'adattatore C incluso è utilizzabile con la
maggior parte delle valvole.
Altre varianti di questo adattatore sono disponibili come accessori,
contattare LK Armatur AB per ulteriori informazioni.
3. Montare l'attuatore D sull'adattatore C. Il bullone B deve
avvitarsi nell'asta della valvola.
4. Montare la manopola E in modo che la tacca si trovi verso il
finecorsa antiorario. Fissare la manopola con la rondella e la vite F.
5. Utilizzare un cacciavite per girare la vite di disaccoppiamento
G nella posizione con il simbolo della mano
valvola con la manopola E dall'una all'altra posizione di finecorsa.
È importante che il motore possa essere ruotato di tutta l'escursione
(90°).
6. Collegare l'alimentatore di rete alla presa contrassegnata
con sull'attuatore. Importante! L'alimentatore di rete
elettrica non deve mai essere esposto all'acqua.
7. Collegare il cavo del sensore dell'acqua di mandata alla presa
contrassegnata con sull'attuatore. Vedere anche schema
pagina 13.
8. Ruotare con un cacciavite la vite di disaccoppiamento G
riportandola alla posizione automatica
