CUSTOM PROGRAM

Set the temperature and the time as you desire. We recommend that you slide
the baking sheet or the grate into the bottom rack.
Turn the function switch to „AnyB" and then set temperature and time as usual.
It is also possible to add the rotisserie function as well as circulating air.
TOP HEAT SPECIAL / GRILL FUNCTION
TOP AND BOTTOM HEAT SPECIAL / GRILL FUNCTION SPECIAL
To grill, either use the grill grate on which you place the appropriate baking dish,
casserole or roasting pan or the baking sheet. Select the desired temperature
and time, in addition the rotisserie function and the circulating air can also be
switched on, as needed.
Pork steaks
Ingredients:
4 pork steaks (200 g each) 1 tsp salt,
a few splashes of Tabasco sauce, 2 tsp
paprika powder, 3 TBSP oil
Preparation:
Prepare a marinade from the Tabasco,
paprika and oil and marinated the steaks
about 2 hours.
ROTISSERIE
Always insert the grease drip pan at the bottom level to catch dripping grease
so that it does not drip onto the heating elements, in which case it would burn.
The grill spit is ideal for grilling poultry up to about 2 kg or rolled roasts up to
about 1 kg.
Slide one of the holding clips onto the grill spit so that the tips point toward the
centre.
Then push the spit through the centre of the prepared and spiced chicken or
roast.
Place the seasoned steaks on the grate,
insert in oven on the third rack from the
bottom and grill the steaks at 230°C with
top and bottom heat approx. 10 minutes
on each side.
TIP:
To save time use steaks that have already
been marinated (ready-to-grill steaks)
from the butcher.
