EXPLANATION OF FUNCTIONS

Here is an overview of the functions of the oven. Recipes for the respective func-
tions start on page 42.
Note: All functions that are presented with straight lines
suited for baking, e.g. baking biscuits/cookies.
The functions that are presented with wave ~~ are ideally suited for preparing
fish, meat and poultry.

ƒ The bottom and the top heating element heat.
ƒ Slide baking sheet/grate into the lower holder.
ƒ Pre-set temperature: 180°C
ƒ Temperature selection is possible between 30 und 230°C.
ƒ Pre-set time: 30 minutes
ƒ Time selection possible between 1 and 120 minutes.
ƒ Rotisserie and circulating air can be switched on in addition.
ƒ Only the top heating element heats.
ƒ Slide baking sheet/grate into the lower holder.
ƒ Pre-set temperature: 150°C
ƒ Temperature selection is possible between 30 und 180°C.
ƒ Pre-set time: 30 minutes
ƒ Time selection is possible between 5 and 120 minutes.
