This control knob is used to set the required
wire speed.

9. Trigger mode
This switch is used for setting of either 2-times
or 4-times trigger function, and spot welding.
10. Inching button (fitted above the wire motor)
This button is used for fitting of the welding wire.
When the button is activated the wire is fed at
the speed på ca. 6 m/min.
11. Burn-back (fitted above the wire motor)
Adjustable delay between the wire feed unit
stops and the welding voltage is turned off in
order to prevent sticking of the wire.
12. Gas post-flow (fitted above the wire motor)
Gas post-flow time.
13. Soft-start (fitted above the wire motor)
Pre-setting of soft-start determines the speed at
which the wire will feed before the arc is initiated.
In position "OFF" the wire will start feeding at the
speed selected on the wire speed control knob.
(pos. 8).
14. Voltmeter / Ammeter (extra equipment)
Shows the welding voltage and the welding
current, and wire speed in metres per minute.

Torch regulation
When using a torch with regulation in the handle the
wire speed can be adjusted from this.
This function is active when the wire speed potentio-
meter (pos. 8) is in the position min.
