• Green lamp does not
light up
• The dehumidifier
does not start
• Green lamp is on
• LED 2 lights up in
red
• LED 3 lights up in
green
• LED 4 lights up in

• If the unit does not work as it should, switch it off immediately!
• Let the unit rest for 60 seconds before fault finding as the electronics may have
blocked it for as a precaution
If the unit does not start again contact a Dantherm Air Handling dealer. This also
applies if the unit is running but not producing any water. This is probably due to a fault
in the cooling circuit, which can only be repaired by a service engineer.
Possible causes
The mains plug is not
connected
The hygrostat is probably
set too high
Pressure/temperature on the
high pressure side of the
cooling plant is too high.
Room temperature below
3 °C and the unit is switched
off automatically
The water container is full
Solution
Check the power supply to
the unit. Check that the
cable is plugged into the
socket. If so, check the
group fuse
Reduce its setting. If the
unit does not start, remove
the hygrostat. If the unit
starts to work now, the
hygrostat is defective
Check filter and unit for
dirt. Check that the fan is
working
Wait until the temperature
is above 3 °C
Must be emptied
