Connection of Connect the hygrostat by following this procedure:

Step
Condensate drain, In CDT 22/35/35S/50 the condensate may be collected in the water container or be
CDT 22/35/35S/50 drained off through a hose.
The drip trays of CDT 22/35/35S/50 have an outlet socket made of cupper (outside
diameter 12.7 mm) for connection of a ½" outlet hose.
If CDT 22, 35, 35S and 50 are used with a water container, the dehumidifier switches
off automatically when the water container is full.
Switch off the electricity supply before emptying the water container!
See "User's guide", page 26 for emptying the water container.
Condensate drain, In the CDT 85 the condensate is drained off through a ½"
CDT 85 outlet hose, which is connected to the plastic drain outlet of
the drip tray (outside diameter 13.3 mm).
heating element, Only CDT 35S!
CDT 35S
The CDT 35S has a built-in heating element that permits increased outlet temperatures.
This is desirable in cases where there is a request for an accelerated dehumidification
and drying process at low room temperatures.
When the heating element is on, also the light of the switch is on.
The heating element now works continuously and independently of the relative humidity
in the room.
Heating element Only CDT 35S!
and hygrostat,
If the heating element is on and the humidity of the air is hygrostat controlled, it will be
CDT 35S
turned off when the hygrostat stops the unit. Vice versa when the hygrostat starts the
unit.

Flexible hoses Only CDT 35S!
On the front two Ø100 mm flexible hoses may be connected for distribution of the hot
outlet air (max. length of hoses: 5 m each). To overcome the pressure loss in the
hoses, the CDT 35 S is equipped with a pressure stable radial fan.

Connect the hygrostat to the hygrostat socket
2 Place the hygrostat as far away from the unit as possible to ensure that the
dehumidifier does not directly influence the hygrostat with its dry air.
If you need to place the hygrostat directly on the unit, place it on the side of
the dehumidifier to reduce the dehumidifier's influence on the hygrostat
3 Connect the hygrostat to 12 V
