Temperature indicator: coldest zone of your refrigerator
For correct positioning of the temperature indicator, you must attach it at
the same level as the "Cold Zone" symbol (see picture), ensuring that
the surface of the wall is completely clean and dry.
C. Checking the temperature in the coldest zone
The temperature indicator will enable you to regularly check that the
temperature of the coldest zone is correct. The temperature inside the
refrigerator actually depends on several factors such as the ambient
temperature of the room, the quantity of stored food products, and the
frequency with which the door is opened. Take these factors into
consideration when adjusting the appliance.
When the indicator displays "OK", this means your thermostat is
accurately adjusted and the interior temperature is correct.
If the indicator colour is white, this means the temperature is too high. In
this case, it is necessary to increase the thermostat setting and wait 12
hours to carry out a new visual inspection of the indicator.
After the refrigerator is loaded or the door opened, the indicator may turn
white after a few moments.
