- Do not restart the machine when it is shutting down (braking). Observe a 1 min minimum rest
period before restarting the machine.
- If the blade does not stop 15 seconds after turning off the engine, have it checked by an electrician if
the fuse is damaged and must be exchanged.
- Do not use the saw if the switch brake function is not ensured.
5.8- Tips:
Do not attempt to cut 2 pieces of logs at the same time. One of them may fly up and hit you.
Stack as you work. This will provide a safer work area, by keeping it uncluttered, and avoid the
danger of tripping, or damaging the power cord.
Accumulated cut wood and wood chips can create a hazardous work environment. Never continue to
work in a cluttered work area which may cause you to slip, trip or fall.
Keep your work area clean and tidy.
V. MAINTENANCE
Before any intervention on product, ensure that product is disconnected from its
power source.
Wear protective gloves to avoid any injury hazard.
Carefully clean the machine thoroughly after each use (Eliminate cutting residues, regularly
lubricate the blade by means of oil spray.)
6.1- Sharpening the blade
After using the log saw for some time or when required, sharpen the blade using a fine-toothed file and
smooth any burrs or crushed area along the cutting edge.
6.2- Cleaning
Keep machine always clean.
After work and after turning off the power, simply clean the saw from accumulated chips, sawdust
with a brush or cloth.

If you do not use the saw for a long time, it is recommended to rub the blade and spring with an oiled
cloth to protect these parts against rust.
