5. Remove the nut (13) and outer flange (14) from the saw shaft
6. Take the saw blade (15) off the saw shaft.
7. Clean the following surface:
- saw shaft,
- inner flange (16),
- saw blade (15),
- outer blade flange (14),
- nut (13).
8. Install the new saw blade (15), respecting the direction of rotation.
Danger!
Do not use cleaning agents (e.g. to remove resin residue) that can corrode alloy components;
this can have a detrimental effect on the stability of the machine.
Do not clean the saw blade with combustible liquids.
Danger!
Only use saw blades in compliance with the technical specifications and to EN 847-1 - parts of
unsuitable or damaged saw blades can be brutally projected like an explosion.
Do not use:
• high speed steel saw blades (HS or HSS);
• saw blades with visible damage;
• cutting wheels.
V. OPERATION
5.1- Intended use
The log cutting saw is a machine intended to cutting firewood, in which the log is cut by means of
rotating saw blade.
The saw is solely intended for private use for DIY and home use.
Metal parts (e.g. nails, wire, etc...) must be removed from the log wood.
Do not use the machine for purposes not appropriate (e.g. cutting products containing hazardous
materials ...) or for any use not described in this manual.
