Le moteur de broche ne fonctionne pas
Switch ON the machine, the red LED on
power switch is not lighting, the START
green LED on keypad is not lighting, no
bip from machine, nothing happen when
you push on an arrow key of the keypad
Mise sous tension de la machine, le
voyant de l'interrupteur principale ne
s'allume pas, la LED de la touche START
du clavier de commande ne s'allument
pas, aucune réaction lorsque l'on appui
sur une des touches du clavier, la
machine n'émet aucun « bip »

Déconnecter le faisceau du moteur de broche, puis, contrôler la
résistance ohmique de chaque enroulement (entre chaque fils)
cette résistance doit être d'environ 1.1 Ohms, si elle est
différente, replacer le moteur.
Contrôler la résistance ohmique entre chaque fil et le châssis
(terre) , il ne doit y avoir aucune continuité, sinon changer le
moteur.
Contrôler la continuité entre le connecteur du faisceau moteur
et le connecteur 37pts, pin 35‐36‐37.
Si tout est OK remplacer la carte contrôle moteur.
Check the main power cable connexion.
Check the fuse in filtered power inlet.
Check the power on the filtered power inlet plug, if there is no
output power, replace the filtered power inlet.
Contrôler la connexion du câble d'alimentation secteur.
Contrôler les fusibles du connecteur d'alimentation secteur.
Contrôler la tension d'alimentation aux bornes du connecteur
filtre d'alimentation machine, si aucune tension, replacer le
connecteur filtre
The main power is on bipolar switch but not to power supply unit
Check the bipolar switch connection
Check the power supply unit fuse
Check the output power supply: 24V – If there is no 24V
replace the power supply unit
If all is OK = 24V on output power, check the keypad function.
Or
A keypad problem.
Check the Ohm resistance between the pin 1 &4 , then push
on START key it should be around 45 Ohm, if there is no
continuity, replace the keypad
