Switch ON the machine, 2 bip from the
machine=OK, but when you push on
START key the Z axis is moving up, then
the Y axis is moving back, but the X axis
is not moving.
The keypad is not working anymore

The X stepper motor is not working or not on power.
Check the X motor connector position.
Disconnect the X motor connector, then check the ohm
resistance between the wires Rouge / jaune : 9.5 Ohms
(around)
Orange / bleu : 9.5 Ohms (around). If one value is different
(ex : 0.1 ohm ou 150K ohm), replace the Z motor.
Check the continuity between the X wiring connector and 37
pts connector pin: 11‐12‐13‐14
If all is OK replace the monoboard machine.
Le moteur pas à pas X ne fonctionne pas, n'est pas alimenté.
Contrôler la connexion du connecteur moteur X
Déconnecter le moteur X, et contrôler la valeur ohmique des
enroulements moteur X qui doivent être autour de :: Rouge /
jaune : 9.5 Ohms et Orange / bleu : 9.5 Ohms. Si une des
valeurs erronée (ex : 0.1 ohm ou 150K ohm) changer le moteur
X .
Contrôler la continuité du faisceau de commande du moteur X
vers le 37 pts pins : 7‐8‐9‐10 .
Si tout semble OK changer la carte « monoboard » de la
machine.
Open the connection box on the head, then check the 5V power
on the contact LED .
If there is 5V the LED but the LED is not lighting, this is because
the LED is broken.
If there is not 5V on LED contact :
Check the wiring loom continuity
Check the flat keypad functioning, perhaps one key is locked.
Ouvrir le boîtier de connexion sur la tête, puis contrôler la tension
aux bornes de la LED qui doit être de 5 V.
SI il y a 5v aux bornes de la LED mais elle ne s'allume pas = LED
grillée
Si il n'y a pas de 5V aux bornes de la LED .
Contrôler la continuité du faisceau
Contrôler le fonctionnement du clavier plat, peut être une
touche est bloquée
Disconnect the spindle motor from wiring, then, check the
Ohms winding resistance (between each wire). it should be
around 1.1 Ohms, if it different, replace the spindle motor.
Check the resistance between each wire and frame (ground)
there is normally NO continuity. If there is resistance,
exchange the motor
If the resistance is OK 1.1 Ohms – and no short circuit with
ground.
Check the continuity between spindle motor connector and
37pts connector on pins 35‐36‐37.
If all is OK, replace the spindle motor control board
