REPLACING THE X AXIS LEADSCREW-
CHANGEMENT DE LA VIS X

Dismantling operation ‐ Opération de démontage
Move the Y bridge to the left side (back view) and loosen the 4 screws of
the top cover.
Déplacer le pont Y sur la gauche (vue arrière) et desserrer les 4 vis du
carter supérieur.
Lift the top cover up and sliding it slightly to the left.
Soulever légèrement le carter puis le tirer doucement.
Loosen the coupling screw (lead screw side).
Desserrer la vis (coté vis sans fin) de l'accouplement.
Remove the 3 screws of the nut.
Retirer les 3 vis de l'accouplement.
Loosen the screw (w/out remove it) which locks the X lead screw bearings.
Desserrer la vis de maintien (sans la retirer) du palier de la vis X.
Loosen the 4 motor screws and remove it .
Dévisser les 4 vis du moteur puis le déposer.
