REPLACING THE Z AXIS LEADSCREW-
Part number: Z LEADSCREW 41042
Dismantling operation ‐ Opération de démontage
This operation is similar to replacing Z stepper motor
Cette opération est similaire au changement du moteur Z
Remove the Z stepper motor, see chapter M40- 019
Retirer le moteur Z , voir chapitre M40-0 019 .
Remove the Z lead screw.
Retirer la vis Z.
Reassembling operation ‐ Opération de remontage
Put back the Z lead screw.
Remettre en place la vis sans fin Z.
Put back the 2 screws of the Z lead screw without tightened
them.
Replacer les 2 vis de l'écrou Z sans les serrer.
Put back the Z stepper motor. see chapter M40- 019
Replacer le moteur Z. voir chapitre M40-019
This operation is finished, switch on the machine in order to check the correct
functioning of the Z axis.
Opération terminée, mettre sous tension la machine afin de vérifier bon
entrainement de l'axe Z.
