Switch ON the machine :
The Z axis is moving down 10mm, then
stop. The machine give out 1 long + 1
short "bip".
Mise sous tension de la machine :
L'axe Z descend vers le bas de 10mm,
s'arrête, puis la machine émet 1 bip long
+ 1 bip court
Switch ON the machine :
The X axis is moving 10mm to left side,
then stop. The machine give out 1 long +
1 short "bip".
Mise sous tension de la machine :
L'axe X se déplace de 10mm vers la
gauche,puis s'arrête, puis la machine
émet 1 bip long + 1 bip court
Switch ON the machine, 2 bip from the
machine=OK, but when you push on
START key nothing happen, Z axis is not
moving, then the machine is emit bip
sound without stop .
The keypad is not working anymore
Mise sous tension de la machine, 2 bips
courts, mais lorsque l'on appui sur une
des flèches du clavier, L'axe Z ne bouge
pas, puis la machine bippe sans arrêt .
Le clavier de commande ne fonctionne

The Z limit switch in not working fine, it is lock, or the signal from
Z limit switch is not transferred to the electronic board.
Checks Z limit switch functioning.
Check Z limit switch connection.
Check the 37 pts wiring loom connector on electronic rack.
Check Z limit switch continuity wiring from switch to electronic
board.
Le switch Z ne fonctionne pas correctement, ou bien il est bloqué,
ou, li signal du switch n'arrive pas à la carte électronique.
Contrôler le fonctionnement du switch Z
Contrôler la connexion du switch Z.
Contrôler la continuité entre le connecteur switch Z et le
connecteur 37 point (connecté au rack)
Contrôler la continuité du faisceau switch Z

Contrôler la continuité du faisceau switch X
The Z stepper motor is not working or not on power.
Check the Z motor connector position.
Disconnect the Z motor connector, then check the ohm
resistance between the wires Rouge / jaune : 9.5 Ohms
(around)
Orange / bleu : 9.5 Ohms (around). If one value is different,
(ex: 0.1 ohm ou 150K ohm) replace the Z motor.
Check the continuity between the Z wiring connector and 37
pts connector pin: 7‐8‐9‐10
If all is OK replace the monoboard machine.
Le moteur pas à pas Z ne fonctionne pas, n'est pas alimenté.
Contrôler la connexion u connecteur moteur Z
Déconnecter le moteur Z, contrôler la valeur ohmique des
enroulements moteur Z qui doivent être de : Rouge/jaune : 9.5
Ohms et Orange / bleu : 9.5 Ohms. Si une des valeurs est
erronée (ex : 450K ohm), changer le moteur Z .
Contrôler la continuité du faisceau de commande du moteur Z
vers le 37 pts pins : 7‐8‐9‐10 .
Si tout est OK, changer la carte « monoboard » de la machine
