The A-450/A-625 lift hand controller works in three modes:
• Control Mode to display command icons and active lift status display
• Weighing Mode to display user weight and scale control functions (for lifts equipped with a
load cell)
• Diagnostic/Information Mode to display lift usage and diagnostic information

Raise or Lower the Carry Bar
1.
Hold the hand controller in one hand.
2.
Hold the carry bar in the other hand so that it will not accidentally sway knock into an individual or
nearby object.
• To raise the carry bar, press the Up button
• To lower the carry bar, press the Down button
Auto Raise Function
All A-series lifts are equipped with Auto Raise Function (ARF) to automatically raise the lift's carry bar to a
set height, allowing the user to quickly and conveniently move the carry bar away from the patient after
use. Auto Raise has four carry bar height settings
•
Raise 6 inch – Raises carry bar to 6 inches from the top limit
•
Raise 12 inch – Raises carry bar to 12 inches from the top limit
•
Raise 18 inch – Raises carry bar to 18 inches from the top limit
•
Raise 24 inch – Raises carry bar to 24 inches from the top limit
