2. Check for empty cartridges (replace as necessary).
3. Check that the cartridge is fitted correctly.
4. Remove all cartridges.
5. Check for discs trapped in dispenser. Avoid use of metal
implements.
6. Check for faulty discs remaining in cartridges (replace
cartridge as necessary).
7. Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the
device shall be reported to the manufacturer and the
relevant regulatory authority in which the user and/or the
patient is established.
