It shows the voltage value in the right block. When the current adjustment pot is pressed,

the welding modes appear on the voltage screen. There are rutile, gouging, vrd and spot
modes.
Rutile mode should be selected when rutile/basic welding is desired.
Rutile Mode
Gouging mode should be selected when carbon gouging is desired.
Gouging Mode
It should be selected when short-interval electrode welding is desired. It ensures that the

electrode breaks in a short time. The setting range is on/off.
It ensures that the idle voltage (voltage between the output terminals) is reduced

below 12V when the machine is running and no welding is performed. It may be required
within the framework of occupational health and safety rules. It is activated or
deactivated by turning the current adjustment pot left and right. The setting range is on/
off.
Current adjustment is made by turning the current adjustment pot left and right. To se-

lect the welding mode, it is necessary to press the current adjustment pot. Each press
switches to the next mode.
By pressing the button, one or two users can be selected.
User Selection Button
When the LED is on in pairs, two users can work at the same time with different
parameters up to 400 Amperes. Both welders work independently of each other.
The user who will use the right block can connect it to the + and – outputs on the right
block and start welding with the parameters he/she has determined. The person who
will use the left block can connect it to the + and – outputs on the left block and start
welding according to the parameters he/she has determined.
When the single LED is on, a single person can weld up to 800 amps. In order to receive
800 Ampere power, the user must parallelize the + and – outputs on the front of the
machine. (See 2.5 Connections for Welding)
When single LED is on, the right block will not be active. If two users want to weld at the
same time while a single LED is on, the user who will use the right block must connect
it to the + and – output on the right block, and the user who will use the left block must
connect it to the + and – output on the left block.
In this case, the menu parameters in the left block will be active and half of the power in
the left block will be output from the left block and half from the right block.
Let's say that the rutile mode is selected in the left block and the current is set to 700

amperes when single LED is lit. In this case, the person who will use the left block will be
able to weld rutile/basic at 350 Amperes, and the person who will use the right block will
be able to weld rutile/basic at 350 Amperes.

3.2 Machine Features
The Smart Fan function provides intelligent control of temperature and the fan. The internal
Smart Fan Control
temperature of the machine is continuously measured, and the fan speed is adjusted accordingly,
reducing energy consumption. The Smart Fan technology operates only when needed, reducing noise and dust
accumulation inside the machine. This minimizes maintenance costs and extends the machine's lifespan.
In case the output terminals on the front of the machine are short-circuited, the machine protects itself against

incorrect connection. In this way, possible malfunctions are prevented and machine life is extended.
