Frame preparation for staining and glazing
After checking the fitting accuracy, contact points and occlusion:

▷ Clean the interior crown surfaces by means of corundum blasting
(aluminium oxide, 110 μm, pressure ≤ 2 bar) and subsequent ultra-
sonic treatment and/or steaming off.
The exterior crown surfaces are not corundum blasted.
For bridges with more than five units and bridges with massive inter-
mediate units, step-by-step long-term cooling to 500 °C is recom-
mended.
Staining and glazing
▷ Stain and glaze the units afterwards. We recommend using the
Amann Girrbach stain and glaze kit for this (please also refer to the
processing instructions of the stain and glaze kit).

Fixation

Conventional cementation:
Due to the high strength and stability of Ceramill Zolid Preshades
frames, conventional fixation with zinc-oxide phosphate cement or
glass ionomer cement (e.g., GC Fuji Plus) is possible in most cases.
▷ When applying conventional cementation, observe sufficient reten-
tion and a minimum abutment height of 3 mm!
