6.4.Maintenance tasks

Tighten all the screws and nuts and replace any that are missing.
Check:
- the play in all the bearings
- correct positioning of all the fittings
(e.g. safety devices)
- all the three-point linkage elements.
In particular, check:
- the universal joint (see the specific instructions for use)
- for possible mechanical damage to the hydraulic hoses.
The hydraulic hoses must be replaced after a maximum of 6 years of use
and 2 years of storage. If there is a long storage time, the maximum pe-
riod of use is reduced accordingly (for date of manufacture for the hy-
draulic hoses, see label).
CAUTION: Hydraulic fluid spurting out under high pressure may pene-
trate the skin and cause serious injury.
Replace the gear unit oil once a year (approx. 0.5 l of gear oil, SAE 90).
