General
Problem description
The remote control is not
responding.
Please note: It can take around
10 seconds to create the wireless
connection after pressing a
button.
The device does not switch to
EN
external input.
Live view mode
Problem description
The image or text is blurry and
not in focus.
The text is not good in high-
contrast mode.
In the photo, the image is
yellowish or blueish.
Part of the image is blanked.
Speech mode
Problem description
The i-See does not switch to
speech mode by pressing the
power button.

Actions
Is the remote control receiver (dongle) connected to the
i-See at the back of the device?
Is the battery empty of the remote control? It uses a single
AAA battery.
The i-See can serve as a monitor for a computer. Connect
the HDMI cable between the PC and one of the two HDMI
inputs at the back of the device.
The recommended resolution should be 1920x1080.
Press the power button until the source gets available or
press the external input button on the remote control.
If an X is displayed, check if the cable is well inserted into
the ports.
Actions
Tap the magnifier icon (B2) to refocus. The focus is now
blocked. Zoom in or out to activate the autofocus again.
If the LED lighting has been changed, the quality of the
high contrast mode may become more sensitive to noise or
blurring. Increase the LED lighting accordingly.
The contrast can be adjusted by swiping over the button
(B3) from left to right, or right to left and holding your finger
pressed until the letters become thicker.
Make sure the function is activated in the "Live view
settings".
The white balance can be adjusted by swiping over the
button (B3) from left to right or right to left and holding your
finger pressed until the colors become more natural.
Make sure the function is activated in the "Live view
settings".
The blanking reading aid is on. Press and hold the button
(B3). Page blanking is switched off.
Actions
Wait untill the egg timer has disappeared from the upper
right corner.
If a remote control is connected, flip the remote control to
switch to Speech mode.
