Engine A starts with batteries 1 and 2.
Engine B starts with batteries 1 and 2.
BATTERY 2
With twin engines, a second battery is
required. A load distributor is most often
built-in to the engine to recharge the
batteries when the engine is running.
The coupler system enables the engines
to be started with either one battery, or
by coupling the batteries (in parallel), or
start them with a single battery if the
other is faulty.
