Entering WATT MODE : training
The program will automatically adjust
LOAD according to your RPM to
achieve the target WATT as you set.

Press
PAUSE button to pause the exercise,
press
CONTINUE button to return to the
CONTINUE
unfinished exercise.
Press
HOME button will be exit the exercise
HOME
and will save the working data or enter MODE
program,
press
RECOVERY button to test the recovery
RECOVERY
function.

Press the
STOP button and the WORKOUT
data will be appeared.
Select
SAVE button the workout data will be saved,

EXIT button will return to Training MODE pag
