DISASSEMBLY OF THE CLUTCH ENGAGEMENT SYSTEM (0AM – 0CW – 08D – 06A)
- Remove the small thrust bearing (for K2).
- Remove the big thrust bearing (for K1).

ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT OF THE CLUTCH ENGAGEMENT SYSTEM
(0AM – 0CW – 08D – 06A)
Assemble the new components, always closely adhering to the instructions provided by the parent
company/manufacturer. Then measure and adjust the clutch engagement system using the
adjustment gauge 3 .
Warning: with regard to the entire process involved in the installation, measurement
and adjustment of the clutch engagement system, always refer to the instructions
provided by the parent company/manufacturer.
DUAL CLUTCH ASSEMBLY (0AM – 0CW – 08D – 06A)
- Fit the new clutch unit on the main outer shaft. Make sure the main outer shaft properly couples
with the gear teeth of the clutch disc (K2).
Warning: always refer to the instructions provided by the parent company/manufacturer.
- Place thrust bushing 5 on the internal central ring of the clutch unit bearing.
- Assemble cross member 6 securing it properly to the clutch casing.
Make sure the cross member and the thrust bushing work perpendicular to the clutch casing bell.
- Turn the cross member's drive screw and keep pressing the thrust bushing until you can see
the safety ring's seat.
Warning: lubricate the drive screw and press it only as much as necessary to avoid
damage to the main outer shaft support and the gearbox.
- Remove both the cross member and the thrust bushing.
- Fit the new safety ring.
Refer to the instructions provided by the parent company/manufacturer for the correct assembly steps
of the new safety ring.
