The SANITIZING CYCLE begins.
SANITIZING
At the end of the SANITIZING cycle, the machine will have
drained the water from the tank and boiler.
At the end of the cycle, the machine switches off automati-
cally and the display reads OFF.

2.1.g Switching off the machine at the end of the day
At the end of the work day, switch off the machine by
pressing the START key.
Confirm the selection by pressing the
YES key.
For machines equipped with a drain
pump, automatically enable the AUTO
DRAIN phase (see paragraph 2.1.e.2)
In the event of a close switch off, the auto
drain phase is not performed.
OFF appears on the display
when the machine switches off
IMPORTANT
Make sure you have disconnected the main switch
upstream of the machine and closed the water sup-
ply valves.
WARNINGS DURING
OPERATION
1) Check that the washing temperature remains approxi-
mately 55-60° C;
2) Do not immerse your bare hands in the soapy water;
should this happen, immediately rinse them with plenty
of running water;
3) Use only specific anti-foaming detergents for industrial
machines;
4) Deactivate the appliance in case of failure or malfunc-
tioning.
For any repairs, contact a technical service centre author-
ised by the manufacturer and request original spare parts.

5) In no case whatsoever must you change the original
settings of the machine without first having consulted the
technical service centre authorised by the manufacturer;
6) Do not open the door too quickly while the machine
is running.
7) Change the water in the wash tank even several times
a day depending on the cycles carried out.
TIPS ON ACHIEVING AN
IDEAL WASHING RESULT (Fig.8)
An unsatisfactory washing result can be seen when traces
of filth remain on the dishes or objects; streaks can be
caused by insufficient rinsing.
In that case, check that the rinsing nozzles (20) are clean
and that the water mains is pressurised.
If soiled, check that:
- The tank filter (15/16) is clean;
- the wash water temperature is approximately
55-60°C;
- the objects are positioned properly in the dish rack;
- the wash/rinse nozzles are clean (20/9);
- the spray arms (17) rotate freely.
- check the concentration of the detergent and rinse aid.
IMPORTANT
Failure to comply with the above-mentioned
recommendations could jeopardise the
safety of the dishwasher.
2.1.h Turning off the machine
In order to turn off the machine through the START
button ( green, flashing green, yellow, blue, red) and
in any selected cycle it is necessary:
- To press the START button 5 seconds long;
- On the display you will see the message:
SWITCH OFF?
YES
If you do not press any button in the following 5
seconds or if you press the BACK button in the
following 5 seconds, the machine will return in the
original condition, before the START button was
pressed.
If you press the SCROLL button within 5 seconds
machine will turn OFF.
