1. Select Diagnostic tab
2. Select Show Details.
Activating valves
1. Check the checkbox.
2. Enter password. See Name plate.
3. Read warning.
4. Confirm warning.
5. Monitor the valve status.
Deactivating valves
Uncheck the checkbox.

7.1.5 Updating firmware
1. Ensure that the product is not connected to the control.
2. Call up the IP address of the product in a browser.
3. Select Firmware Update tab.
4. Confirm selection.
5. Enter password.
6. Select Choose a Firmware File to upload. See
7. Select file.
ð Firmware upload is displayed as successful in the Event Log.
8. Select Reset.
ð Restart is displayed as successful in the Event Log.

7.2 Step-by-step commissioning
7.2.1 Carrying out a self-test
1. Ensure that the product is not connected to the control.
2. Call up the IP address of the product in a browser.
3. Ensure that the pneumatic supply is disconnected.
4. Ensure that all valves are switched off.
5. Select Self Test tab.
6. Select Start Self Test.
7. Enter password. See Name plate.
ð The valve coils are switched on one after the other for 500 ms.
8. Stop self test: Select Stop Self Test or switch to another tab on the website.
7.2.2 Switching on the product
1. Switch on supply voltage.
2. Check LED displays on all modules.
ð UL and DIAG illuminate green, SF and BF are off, L/A1 or L/A2 flashes yellow.
3. Switch on pressure supply.
8 Operation
The device is operated through the system. Observe the information in the sys-
tem documentation.
8.1 Basic requirements
General requirements
• Never switch off, modify or bypass safety devices.
• Do not make any changes to the configuration and hardware during opera-
tion.
• Do not touch the product or any connected parts during operation.
In case of malfunctions during operation
• In case of a malfunction that presents an immediate danger for employees or
systems: Switch off product.
• Carry out analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions. See
bleshooting.
9 Service
9.1 Inspection
9.1.1 General requirements
Use in normal ambient conditions
• Inspection interval: The product must be checked monthly for contamination
and damage.
Use in aggressive ambient conditions
Aggressive ambient conditions include, for example:
• Minimum or maximum permissible temperature. See
• Heavy accumulation of dirt
• Proximity to grease-dissolving liquids or vapors
Aggressive ambient conditions lead to further requirements for inspection:
• Adapt the inspection interval for seals to the ambient conditions.
