Removing and installing the bracket
frame for the control units
Removing
– Release the fastening tabs -in the direction of the arrows-
and remove the convenience system central control unit
-J393- -4- from the bracket frame.
– Disconnect electrical connectors -1- and -3-.
– Carefully remove fuse -8- and disconnect aerial connection
-7-.
– Disconnect electrical connectors -2, 5, 6-.
– Push the safety catch -1- to disconnect the electrical con-
nector, rotate the retainer clip in the -direction of the arrow-
and remove the electrical connector.
– Release the fasteners -arrows- and pull out the data bus di-
agnostic interface -J533- -3- from the bracket frame.
– Place the data bus diagnostic interface -J533- with electrical
connector -2- and connector -1- for the optical fibre line to
one side.
