Note
◆ If clips for the trim have remained in the attachment points in
the body, remove them and insert into the trim for re-instal-
ling.
◆ Check the clips for damage or deformation and replace as
necessary.
– Insert the tabs -4- of the trim for the left and right of the rear
cross panel into the luggage compartment side trim cut-outs
-3-.
– Push the rear cross panel trim until it audibly engages and
place the lip of the tailgate seal over the rear cross panel
trim.
– Insert the electrical connector for the luggage compartment
light -W3-.
– Insert the luggage compartment light into the opening and
engage on the opposite side.
4.3 Removing and installing the left-hand
side luggage compartment side trim
Removing
– Remove the lip of the tailgate seal -1- in the area of the lug-
gage compartment side trim.
– Using the removal lever -80 - 200-, prise the luggage com-
partment side trim -3- away from the body -in the direction of
arrow A-.
– Open lock -2- and unhook the luggage compartment side
trim -3- on the flap hinge.
– Starting from the back, push up the luggage compartment
side trim -3- as far as it will go and pull the side trim out of
the recesses -in the direction of arrows B, C, D- all the way
around.
– Detach electrical connector.
– Pull the luggage compartment side trim towards the rear.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse of this order. Please
note the following point:

– Insert the luggage compartment side trim -3- into the recess-
es all the way around and press down until the trim audibly
engages.
