Warranty and liability claims
The guarantee and warranty period for the battery charger is 2
years, from the invoice date. However, warranty and liability
claims for injury or damage attributable to any of the following
causes will not be accepted:
- usage of the battery charger for any other than its intended
purpose
- improper mounting or operation
- operation of the battery charger with defective protective
devices
- non-observance of the operating instructions
- alterations being made to the battery charger without the
manufacturer's approval
- catastrophes caused by the influence of foreign bodies or by
force majeure
CE marking
This battery charger meets the fundamental requirements of the
Low-Voltage and Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive and is
thus CE-marked.
