䗂 QUALITY CONTROL : However, large-scale production can involve some rare defects. We work
every day to limit the number of these defects. We conduct numerous checks and test on the serial
production to ensure that our customer receive reliable, defect-free products. Products with detectable
defects are systematically excluded from sale. In the rare case of a product with a defect that we have
not been able to detect, our after-sales service is available to help our customers find the best technical
or commercial solution.
䗂 SERIAL PRODUCTION TESTING : To perfect this sorting process and improve quality, we test all
our products on water in real-life conditions, often far beyond the conditions in which our customers
use them. From beginners to top-of-the-range equipment, everything is tested all year long. Products
are selected randomly and continually used by our Team. Feedback on the use of these products is
scrupulously analyzed in order to improve quality. These tests and feedback are systematically taken
