OPERATION
Pause cooking
This function temporarily stops the cooking activity (max. 10 minutes); timers and counters are
also paused.
1. Touch and hold the pause key for 2 seconds.
▷ The pause symbol is shown.
2. Touch and hold the pause key for 2 seconds again until a beep sounds.
▷ The pause key flashes.
3. Touch the cooking zone key and the cooking process resumes.
The hob will automatically switch off after 10 minutes if the pause function is not

switched off in the meantime.
Child lock
1. Switch on the hob.
2. Touch and hold a cooking zone key for 3 seconds until a beep sounds. Then move the slide
control from left to right within 10 seconds.
The 'L' symbol appears in all displays.

▷ The hob is now locked. After 10 seconds, the hob will switch off automatically.
3. To unlock, switch on the hob and touch and hold a cooking zone key for 3 seconds until a
beep sounds. Then move from right to left over the slide control.
▷ The 'L' symbol disappears in all displays, and the '0' or 'H' symbol appears.
The child lock is now de-activated.
