Symptom
The electrical functions do
not work. The indicator shows
a low battery level if the
controller is in use.

Cause
The internal batteries of the
device are discharged or
defective.
The batteries in the wireless
remote control are empty or
defective.
The remote control and IR
receiver are not properly
paired.
Defective actuator.
The battery cord has been
disconnected.

Action
Charge the device, see
2.3. Charging. If charging
does not fix the problem,
a replacement battery is
needed, see 8.2. Battery
replacement.
Replace the batteries in the
wireless remote control, see
8.2. Battery replacement.
Pair the remote control
and receiver. See assembly
instructions for Remote
control IR 24V.
If the above measures have
not resolved the problem, this
may be because the actuator
is defective and needs to be
replaced.
Reconnect the battery cord
between the battery box and
the control box (VPI). Plug
in the charger for at least
5 seconds to activate the
control system.
PLEASE NOTE! The control
system will generate a low
battery level alarm while
calculating the battery level.
