8 Repair
8.1 Procuring spare parts
The original components of the product
were also certified by the manufacturer as
part of the declaration of conformity. If you
use other, non-certified or unauthorised
parts during maintenance or repair work,
this may void the conformity of the product
and it will therefore no longer comply with
the applicable standards.
We strongly recommend that you use ori-
ginal spare parts from the manufacturer as
this guarantees fault-free and safe opera-
tion of the product. To receive information
about the available original spare parts,
contact the contact address provided on
the reverse of these instructions.

If you require spare parts for mainten-
ance or repair work, use only the spare
parts that are permitted for the product.
8.1.1 Replacing the fan unit and
front panel
1. Switch off the product.

2. Remove the fan unit.
3. Remove the wind guard and front
panel from the fan unit.
4. Replace the fan unit and the front
panel.
5. Install the wind guard and front panel
on the fan unit.

8.1.2 Removing the outer hood

Remove the outer hood.
9 Decommissioning
9.1 Temporarily decommissioning
the product
1. Switch off the product using the on/off
switch.
2. Disconnect the product from the power
supply by switching off all power sup-
plies at all poles (e.g. fuse or circuit
breaker).
9.2 Permanently
decommissioning the product
1. Switch off the product using the on/off
switch.
2. Disconnect the product from the power
supply by switching off all power sup-
plies at all poles (electrical partition
with a contact opening of at least
3 mm, e.g. fuse or line protection
switch).
3. Remove the product and all of its com-
ponents.
